What is the typical shipping time for custom keycaps?
Since many of our keycaps are custom-made or part of group buys, shipping times vary. In-stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days, while custom orders may take 2-4 weeks for production and delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Goblintechkeys ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
Are your keycaps compatible with my mechanical keyboard?
Our keycaps are designed for MX-style switches (including Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, and Outemu). We recommend checking your keyboard layout (ANSI vs. ISO) and bottom row sizing before purchasing.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-printed keycaps and personalized hardware are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
